 handling complain letter berisi permintaan maaf atas kesalahan yang telah dilakukan, memberi solusi yang akan menguntungkan kedua belah pihak dan  memberikan penjelasan kepada pelanggan atas kesalahan yang terjadi dan penyebab terjadinya masalah tersebut.

I decided to make a handling complain letter because I want to know how to handle a letter compalaint from customer, who come from wrong orders or other technical problems. Because we need to take good action so our customer  notfeel disappointed.
